How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@ondaboots.com with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with your return instructions and return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Arrived damaged or faulty?

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us photos within 7 days of delivery — you'll get a priority replacement or refund, free of charge. Reporting early helps us resolve it fastest; it never limits your 30-day guarantee or warranty rights.

Conditions

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible, in clean condition.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost. If your item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, the return is free and we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Every Onda product includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us at support@ondaboots.com and we will repair or replace the product.
