Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us photos within 7 days of delivery — you'll get a priority replacement or refund, free of charge. Reporting early helps us resolve it fastest; it never limits your 30-day guarantee or warranty rights.
Every Onda product includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us at support@ondaboots.com and we will repair or replace the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
