Free express tracked shipping on all orders, Australia-wide.

• Order processing: 3–5 business days (quality check & packing).
• Transit: 4–7 business days with our express line, fully tracked.
• Total: most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of purchase.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it door to door.

No surprises at delivery: the price you see at checkout is the final price — no additional customs or import charges apply to orders delivered within Australia.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Email support@ondaboots.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to catch it before processing.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days or your parcel is late, contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier and, if a parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
