ondaboots.com is operated by Illan Zemmouri, sole trader registered in France, 24 Rue de Gisors, 95300 Pontoise, France ("Onda", "we"). We are the data controller for personal information collected on this store. For any question or request: support@ondaboots.com.
Contact and order details: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, products ordered.
Payment: processed securely by Shopify Payments and its providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
Fulfilling your orders: processing payment, arranging delivery, sending order and tracking notifications, handling returns and warranty claims.

We use Shopify's analytics as well as advertising and measurement tools such as Google (Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram Pixel). Where consent is required, they are only activated after you accept them via the cookie banner.

Our fulfilment partner in China (the LEAMAI factory) and delivery carriers (including TOLL in Australia): they receive only what is needed to deliver your order, that is your name, shipping address and phone number.

Authorities, where the law requires it.
We are based in France. Our store is hosted by Shopify (data may be processed in the EU, the US and other countries under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Delivery details are transferred to our fulfilment partner in China strictly for shipping your order.
Order and billing data: as long as required by French accounting and tax law (up to 10 years). Marketing data: until you opt out. Support messages: up to 3 years after resolution.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing support@ondaboots.com. We reply within one month.
If you are in Australia: we handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you can contact the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
If you are in the European Union: you have the rights provided by the GDPR and can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Our store runs on Shopify's secured infrastructure (encrypted connections, PCI-DSS compliant payments). No system is 100% secure, but your payment details never pass through our hands.
This store is not directed at children. Our products are intended for adults.
