Our recovery boots come in two sizes. Pick based on your height, then double-check with the boot length if you have particularly long or short legs for your height. Both sizes are the same price: M or L, you pay exactly what is shown on the product page.

The Recovery Pants come in a single size with a generous adjustable fit. Key measurements: total length 114 cm, flat widths of 55 cm at the waist, 33 cm at the thigh, 23 cm at the lower leg and 27 cm at the foot opening. If you are unsure they will fit your build, message us before ordering.
The boot should reach from your foot to your upper thigh, with the zipper closing comfortably. The sleeves have a generous wrap and fit most leg shapes; the pressure adapts automatically once the chambers inflate.
Taller than 185 cm, or unsure for any reason? Contact us before ordering: tell us your height and we will help you choose. And if you realise you picked the wrong size, message us within 24 hours of ordering and we will change it free of charge before dispatch.
