Our recovery boots come in three sizes. Pick based on your height, then double-check with the boot length if you have particularly long or short legs for your height.

The boot should reach from your foot to your upper thigh, with the zipper closing comfortably. The sleeves have a generous wrap and fit most leg shapes; the pressure adapts automatically once the chambers inflate.
If you are between 185 and 190 cm, or unsure for any reason, contact us before ordering: tell us your height and we will confirm the right size. And if you realise you picked the wrong size, message us within 24 hours of ordering and we will change it free of charge before dispatch.
