How sequential compression works
Explore the seven published pressure levels. Only the minimum and maximum pressure values are shown here. This illustration explains the sequence; it does not simulate the feeling of compression or heat.
The chambers inflate in sequence from the lower leg upward, then release for the next cycle.
What matters is having enough steps to find your setting, not the maximum. Most people settle in the middle and never touch the top third.
Three published heat levels can run alongside compression. Follow the supplied manual for temperature and use.

Choose the Core 6 for leg compression with a handheld controller; the Core Pro Heat for compression with warmth and a touch console; or the Pants for one-piece coverage that extends to the hips and glutes. These are different systems with different pressure ranges, controls and fit. Use the model comparison below for the details.
Choose M for heights around 150–170 cm or L for around 170–185 cm, then check the garment measurements in our size guide. If you are near the boundary, have a larger thigh circumference or are outside this height range, contact support@ondaboots.com before ordering. A height recommendation alone does not guarantee fit.
The touch console is rechargeable and connects to the sleeves through air hoses. The published battery specification is 3,000 mAh with around 3–4 hours of use. Runtime can vary with settings, including heat. Heat and compression can be used together; follow the supplied manual for operation and temperature settings.
The timer is adjustable from 10 to 60 minutes. Heat has three published levels across 40–70 °C. Choose comfortable settings and follow the supplied manual; the maximum setting is not a target.

Every recovery system has a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults in the controller, compression garments, hoses and charger. Email support@ondaboots.com with your order number and a photo or short video. For an accepted covered fault, replacement parts or a replacement unit are sent free, including shipping, without an overseas return. Your Australian Consumer Law rights also apply.
