How your order reaches you

Every Onda order is prepared with care and shipped express to anywhere in Australia.

Timeline

• Order processing: your order is quality-checked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, in neutral packaging.
• Tracking number: emailed to you within 5 days of your order.
• Delivery: approximately 15 days from dispatch, express all the way. Final delivery in Australia is handled by TOLL.

No surprise fees

All prices include duties and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price. Nothing to pay at the door.

Why 15 days?

Our recovery systems ship directly from the manufacturer's facility, where each unit is tested before dispatch. That means a short wait, and in exchange you get a factory-fresh unit, a 3-year warranty and a price far below big-brand recovery boots.

Tracking your order

Once your tracking number is issued you can follow your parcel door to door. If your tracking has not arrived within 5 days of ordering, contact us and we will chase it immediately.

Delays

In rare cases (customs checks, carrier congestion, severe weather) delivery can take longer. If your order has not arrived within 25 days, contact us: we will locate the parcel, and if it is lost we will reship or refund in full.
