For products requiring ONDA-logo customisation, lead times must be confirmed separately before production. The standard estimates do not constitute a confirmed customisation lead time.

Delivery is free to every address in Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory included, and delivery times may vary by destination and carrier conditions.
Prices at checkout are final and include all import taxes and customs clearance (delivered duty paid). You will never be asked to pay anything to receive your parcel.
Please check both carefully at checkout. Our carrier needs a complete street address and a phone number they can reach you on to arrange delivery, and a missing or incorrect detail is the single most common cause of a failed delivery.

After dispatch. Once a parcel has left the warehouse it cannot be recalled or rerouted. If a delivery fails because the address given at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the parcel cannot be returned to us and the order has to be sent again from scratch. If that happens we will contact you first, tell you exactly what a replacement costs, and let you decide. Nothing is ever charged to you without your agreement. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply in full and cannot be excluded.
If your tracking has not moved for 7 days or your order is overdue, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier, and if a parcel is confirmed lost, we send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Our manufacturing partner closes for Chinese New Year, which falls on 6 February 2027. Chinese factories usually close about a week beforehand and reopen two to four weeks afterwards. We will confirm the exact dates with the factory and publish them here, with a clear notice on the site, well before the closure begins. Orders placed before it are dispatched beforehand; anything ordered during it ships as soon as the factory reopens.
