A warranty you can actually use

Every Onda recovery system is covered by an official 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.

What matters more than the number of years is whether the warranty is usable. There is nothing to ship back overseas, no depot to wait on and no freight to pay: you send a photo, we identify the failed part, and we send you a replacement.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in the controller
• Manufacturing defects in the sleeves, hoses and charger
• Electrical faults occurring under normal use
• Battery faults under normal charging and use

How a claim works (no return shipping, no stress)

1. Email us at support@ondaboots.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue.
2. The fault is verified remotely. You do not need to ship your unit anywhere.
3. Replacement parts (or a replacement unit where needed) are sent to you free of charge, shipping included.

What is not covered

• Damage from drops, impacts or crushing
• Liquid damage (the unit must not be submerged or machine-washed)
• Punctures from sharp objects
• Unauthorised disassembly, repair or modification
• Normal cosmetic wear
• Failure to follow the instructions in the user manual

Your rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

To make a claim, email support@ondaboots.com with your order number and your photo or video. A photo is what settles the claim, so send it with your first message and we can act straight away. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
