Every Onda recovery system is covered by an official 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. For comparison, most premium recovery-boot brands offer 1 to 2 years.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the control unit and pump
- Electrical faults occurring under normal use
- Battery faults under normal charging and use
How a claim works (no return shipping, no stress)
- Contact us with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue.
- The fault is verified remotely. You do not need to ship your unit anywhere.
- Replacement parts (or a replacement unit where needed) are sent to you free of charge, shipping included.
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, impacts or crushing
- Liquid damage (the unit must not be submerged or machine-washed)
- Unauthorised disassembly, repair or modification
- Normal cosmetic wear
- Failure to follow the instructions in the user manual
Your rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
