How sequential compression works
Explore the eight published pressure levels. This illustration explains the compression sequence; it does not simulate how pressure will feel on your legs. Follow the supplied manual when using your system.
The chambers inflate in sequence from the lower leg upward, then release for the next cycle.
What matters is having enough steps to find your setting, not the maximum. Most people settle in the middle and never touch the top third.
Three to four hours per charge, around six to eight 30-minute sessions. Air hoses connect the sleeves to the controller; no wall outlet is needed during use.

Legs heavy by six in the evening. Zip in, press start, watch something. It runs at about 50 dB, so you can take a call through the whole session.

Choose your session length on the controller: 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. The rechargeable controller lets you use the system away from a wall outlet.

Choose the Core 6 for leg compression with a handheld controller; the Core Pro Heat for compression with warmth and a touch console; or the Pants for one-piece coverage that extends to the hips and glutes. These are different systems with different pressure ranges, controls and fit. Use the model comparison below for the details.
Choose M for heights around 150–170 cm or L for around 170–185 cm, then check the garment measurements in our size guide. If you are near the boundary, have a larger thigh circumference or are outside this height range, contact support@ondaboots.com before ordering. A height recommendation alone does not guarantee fit.
The rechargeable 3,200 mAh handheld controller connects to the two leg sleeves through air hoses. No wall outlet is needed during use. Published runtime is around 3–4 hours per charge, with a recharge time of around 2–3 hours. Runtime varies with settings. The controller is external; the pumps are not integrated into each boot.
The timer offers 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. Choose a comfortable setting and follow the supplied manual for session length and pressure. Stop if use feels uncomfortable; the highest pressure is not a target.

Every recovery system has a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults in the controller, compression garments, hoses and charger. Email support@ondaboots.com with your order number and a photo or short video.
